Responsibilities

  • Conduct extensive market research to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and potential clients.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies aligned with the company’s goals.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure.
  • Collaborate effectively with various internal teams to ensure seamless sales execution and client satisfaction.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and stay up to date of industry to maintain a competitive edge of knowledge.
  • Identify and pursue potential partnerships and alliances to expand market reach and capabilities.
  • Analyze market data and generate regular reports on sales performance, trends, and competitor activity.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in business development, B2B sales, or strategic partnerships
  • Strong understanding of the full sales cycle and CRM tools
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and adaptable to dynamic environments
  • A team player who can collaborate effectively across departments
