Sustainable Sourcing Policy

Finema is focused on providing products of consistent quality to meet or exceed our customers’

expectations therefore, we take our suppliers as key partners in the sourcing of materials and services vital for our business. To have sustainably sourced materials and services, sourcing must comply with certain social, environmental and business integrity requirements.

General Requirements

The following requirements are applicable to all or any suppliers and its workers and employees including permanent, temporary, contract agency and migrant workers.
Social: To comply with all applicable laws, in accordance with the principles of the International Labor Organization, the UN Global Compact and the UN Universal Declaration of Human Rights
Environment: Our suppliers should adhere and comply to all the applicable environmental laws in respective countries or jurisdiction.
Business Ethics: To respect all relevant international and domestic laws regarding ethical business practices.

Compliance and Monitoring

We are aware that achieving best practice will take time therefore we expect our suppliers to continuously monitor and verify their performance and improvement against our SSP. Furthermore, we will positively consider every effort made by suppliers to embrace sustainability within their business.

We reserve

the right to ask the supplier to create full supply chain mapping back to origin to facilitate assessment of supply chain compliance. Finema also reserves the right to conduct audits to verify compliance with our SSP.
