Job Description

Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, network, printer, and scanner.
Responsible for day-to-day operation issues regarding IT support related.
Manage setting and control user account external and internal (Office 365 and other tools)
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, assist in overseeing asset management.
Providing technical support across the company. Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.

Qualification

‍‍Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering or any related field.
1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
Experience troubleshooting IT and systems.
Good communication with highly responsibility.
