Role and Responsibilities

  • Handle full-cycle recruitment, from job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating interviews, offer letter preparation, and onboarding.
  • Plan and deliver employee orientation programs and ensure smooth onboarding for new hires.
  • Coordinate with IT Support for the provision of work devices, email accounts, and necessary software tool access.
  • Monitor probationary periods and organize probation reviews with concerned parties.
  • Support and coordinate internal employee activities and engagement initiatives.
  • Facilitate the visa and work permit process for expatriate employees.
  • Prepare employment contracts and ensure timely renewal or termination of contractor agreements.
  • Maintain and update employee records accurately in HR systems, ensuring data security and confidentiality.
  • Maintain up-to-date recruitment reports, including candidate pipelines and recruiting KPIs.
  • Coordinate and manage the preparation, maintenance, and filing of HR-related ISO 9001 documentation according to company standards.
  • Support additional HR projects and tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • 3 years of experience in HR Operations, Recruitment, or related functions.  
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards is a plus.  
  • Good understanding of labor laws and visa/work permit processes.  
  • Proficient IT skills - Microsoft Office: PowerPoint, Excel, Word.
  • Basic knowledge of technology related to work.
  • Ability to update and report work progress regularly to the supervisor.
  • Problem-solving and strong negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
  • Good command of English (spoken and written).
  • Service-minded attitude and team-oriented.
  • Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
