Role and Responsibilities
- Handle full-cycle recruitment, from job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating interviews, offer letter preparation, and onboarding.
- Plan and deliver employee orientation programs and ensure smooth onboarding for new hires.
- Coordinate with IT Support for the provision of work devices, email accounts, and necessary software tool access.
- Monitor probationary periods and organize probation reviews with concerned parties.
- Support and coordinate internal employee activities and engagement initiatives.
- Facilitate the visa and work permit process for expatriate employees.
- Prepare employment contracts and ensure timely renewal or termination of contractor agreements.
- Maintain and update employee records accurately in HR systems, ensuring data security and confidentiality.
- Maintain up-to-date recruitment reports, including candidate pipelines and recruiting KPIs.
- Coordinate and manage the preparation, maintenance, and filing of HR-related ISO 9001 documentation according to company standards.
- Support additional HR projects and tasks as assigned.
