The People Operations Associate is a versatile HR professional responsible for overseeing recruitment processes, employee onboarding, performance management, and employee relations. The role also ensures compliance with company policies and labor laws and emphasizes administrative and operational efficiency while fostering a supportive work environment.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the overall recruitment process (End-to-end recruitment process), such as conducting pre-interviews, screenings,
job postings, negotiating salary and benefits, and coordinating with line managers.
  • Conduct new employee orientations and ensure employees understand the company, ensure all staff comply with the Employee Handbook, and take disciplinary actions when necessary, following the policy and procedure described.
  • Assisting in new joiner orientation (setting up documents, stationery, workstation, ensuring email and computer, etc.)
  • Create and manage HR documents such as Employee policy, Employee documents, etc.
  • Maintain and update HR Information and ensure all personnel information is correct, effectively managed, and maintained.
  • Assist in performance management processes.
  • Develop training and development programs.
  • Handle employee relations program/activity.
  • Handle VISA, Work Permit, and 90 Days Report Foreigner staff.
  • Support other assigned functions.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years experience as an IT Recruiter, Talent Acquisition, and HR officer.
  • Knowledge of HR functions (recruitment, training & development, pay & benefits, etc.)
  • Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
  • Proficient IT skills - Microsoft Office: PowerPoint, Excel, Word.
  • Basic knowledge of technology related to work.
  • Positive attitude and self-motivation.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills;
  • Problem-solving and strong negotiation skills.
  • Results orientation and time management skills.
  • Execution-focused, with strong attention to detail.
  • Deep understanding of the importance of data confidentiality and
security within HR.
  • Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
  • Collaborative team player.
